The rescue yield performance shows significant variation across seasons and districts within each state.Clear comparisons can be seen in terms of total yield and percentage changes from one season to another. Some districts recorded improvements, while others experienced declines depending on their seasonal performance.

Several districts achieved satisfactory results, whereas others fell into the unsatisfactory range. During seasons 02/23 and 01/24, most districts showed poor performance as these were initial implementation phases. The district of Selama did not carry out planting in season 02/23 but recorded a positive increase in season 02/24.

Overall, the performance pattern indicates an average deficit across several districts. Despite this, the majority of districts still managed to achieve good rescue yield outcomes. These differences help assess the effectiveness of planting strategies by location. The data also supports improvements in planning for upcoming seasons.

Two tests were conducted to measure the water quality parameters in Sungai Merlimau. The initial samples, S1 and S2, showed unsatisfactory readings and indicated that the water was not at a good quality level. After three weeks of treatment, the study recorded significant increases and decreases across the parameters, reflecting notable changes in the river’s condition.

The comparison between the before and after results also shows a large and clear difference, demonstrating a strong improvement in overall water quality. Following treatment, the average readings fall within a very good and healthy water quality range. These findings confirm that the river’s condition improved substantially over the three-week period.

Two tests were conducted to measure water quality parameters in Sungai Salang, using four key indicators to evaluate overall conditions. The results show that each parameter recorded both increases and decreases when comparing the two samples taken three weeks apart.

Despite these fluctuations, the average values before and after still show only minor differences. This indicates that the water quality remains relatively stable across the sampling period. The variations observed are within an acceptable range and do not indicate any major deterioration.

Overall, the water remains in good and controlled condition. These findings suggest that natural changes may have occurred, but not at a level that threatens water quality. The consistency between both tests supports the conclusion that the river’s condition is still healthy. The monitored parameters continue to fall within safe limits. Overall, the results reflect a stable water quality status for Sungai Salang.

Two tests were carried out to measure the water quality parameters in Sungai Tuang. Sample S2 showed better overall water quality compared to S1, except for the pH parameter, which remained at the minimum acceptable level.
The study also recorded both increases and decreases after three weeks of treatment, with the changes reflecting generally positive improvements.

The comparison of average values before and after treatment shows a clear and favourable difference, indicating that the river’s water quality improved significantly. Overall, the treated water is now at a good and satisfactory quality level.

The MADA soil assessment indicates relatively stable conditions during Season 02/24, with the average soil yield recording 5.88 t/ha. Although the overall yield showed a slight 2.40% decrease compared to Season 01/24, several districts demonstrated encouraging improvements in soil productivity.

Notable gains were recorded in Kerpan, Tenaga Baru, Batas Paip, and Bukit Besar, while Kangar also maintained positive growth. However, a number of districts experienced temporary declines, highlighting the importance of location-specific soil and nutrient management strategies.

The analysis also showed an overall improvement in soil pH and potassium (K) levels, while nitrogen (N) remained relatively stable. Variations in phosphorus (P) across districts suggest differing nutrient availability and fertiliser requirements within the MADA region.

These findings provide valuable guidance for future soil management and precision agriculture initiatives. Continuous monitoring of soil conditions and nutrient balance will support informed decision-making, optimise fertiliser application, and strengthen long-term paddy productivity across MADA.

The comparative soil analysis indicates an overall improvement in soil yield across Perlis, Kedah, Perak, and Penang during Season 02/24. Most regions recorded higher productivity than the previous season, demonstrating positive progress in soil performance and cultivation outcomes.

Several districts achieved significant gains in soil yield, particularly Gunung Semanggol, Paya, Bintong, Merbok, and Kayang, reflecting strong recovery and improved field conditions. While a few locations experienced temporary declines, the overall trend remained positive across the assessed regions.

The assessment also revealed improvements in key soil properties, including pH, phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) in many districts. Although nutrient levels varied between locations, the overall soil condition remained favourable for supporting sustainable paddy cultivation.

These findings provide valuable insights for future soil management and agricultural planning. The results support evidence-based decision-making, efficient nutrient management, and continuous efforts to enhance soil fertility and long-term paddy productivity.

The MADA seasonal comparison demonstrates a strong improvement in paddy yield during Season 02/24. The average yield increased to 7.10 t/ha, representing a 23.91% increase compared to Season 01/24 and 29.73% higher than Season 02/23.

Several districts recorded significant gains, reflecting encouraging recovery across the region. Kayang achieved the highest seasonal increase at 100%, while Kodiang recorded the highest yield of 9.53 t/ha, followed by strong performances in Simpang Empat and Kuala Sungai.

While a few districts remained below their previous peak performance, the majority experienced positive yield growth. These improvements indicate stronger field performance and a steady recovery in paddy production throughout the MADA area.

The data shows clear differences in soil yield and percentage changes across seasons and districts, with some areas recording increases while others experience decreases. Overall results range from satisfactory to unsatisfactory depending on soil performance, with Perak, Perlis, Penang, and Kedah showing stronger outcomes compared to weaker results in MADA areas.

In season 02/23, Bintong was the only district with no soil yield but showed improvement in 02/24. Most states recorded higher average yields in season 02/24, supported by stable soil pH levels between 4.0 and 6.0, which remain suitable for paddy cultivation.

NPK values vary significantly, indicating different fertilizer needs for each district, and certain areas in Perlis and Kedah show notable potassium declines that signal nutrient imbalance. Overall, most districts achieved solid soil performance with minimal deficits heading into the next season.

The data shows clear differences in yield and percentage changes across seasons for each state and district. There are visible increases and decreases in performance depending on the district.

Some recorded yields indicate underperforming planting results in certain areas. However, season 02/24 demonstrates a positive and encouraging outcome for farmers overall. During season 01/24, the Sik district did not carry out planting but showed a slight increase in yield in season 02/24.

This reflects gradual progress as planting activities resumed. Overall, the average deficit is minimal, and the paddy yield performance in season 02/24 is considered strong. These trends help identify areas needing improvement and highlight districts showing promising recovery.
