MILESTONES
Endona was incorporated on 9th of July 2001, but was known as Geomatika Detection before rebranded ourselves as Endona Corporation in October 2005. In 2006, Endona won a project from Killburn Energy Limited that involves in coal industry. Ergo, a project called the Crystal Carbon Bio-Tech System (CCBS) was set in motion in 2007.
Endona embarked on the plantation projects in 2007 and 2009 for a 100 hectare field plantation works for the Federal Agriculture Marketing Authority (FAMA). In 2010, we began supplying aquaculture, fertilizer to the public and private sectors, as well as replanting palm trees for a 100 hectare new plantation by PKPS.
We received substantial positive comments in 2011 from many satisfied also repeat clients MOA, where we supplied Organic with Foliar fertilizers in 2011, 2015 and 2017. From this, we saw big future in Contract Management for the agricultural sector. We started providing agricultural consulting in 2014 and fertilizer 2019.
Our fame in advising clients on their goals and user targets won us projects in 2019 to supply Bio fertilizer in two years duration for the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry (MAFI). The importance of what we do mushrooms throughout the industry and our competitors as time passed. In short, we have indeed come a long way.
REVENUE
In the period between 2006 until 2011, the zigzag shape of the graph indicates a trend of decreasing revenue, but it is mainly due to the projects that were available to us during the initial years. Besides, Endona has been selective about projects that would better reflect our business direction especially in the Contract Management segment.
Between the years of 2012 until 2016, the ladle shape of the graph signifies a period of major progress. We secured high value projects after making some adaptation to our approach to earlier project opportunities. However, revenue eventually reaches a temporary plateau before recovering in subsequent years.
During the period from 2017 to 2023, our recovery and rehabilitation plans aided us in keeping off the plateau of the previous year. We made another big leap in 2019, but the figure is less than desirable in 2022 and back on track 2023. Given our experience in initiating recovery plans, we are confident that we will rebound in the coming years.
To summarize, our performance in revenue is in good standing. Although Endona is not immune to the fluctuations of the local and global economies, our decades of experience will usher us in navigating the uncertainties. With this, we are optimistic that, beginning in 2024, Endona will continue its next phase of growth in revenue numbers. Start from quarter 1 2024 until mid quarter 3 Endona has secure five more project.
INNOVATION
We have learned so much from the Killburn Energy Limited project that it spurred us to embark on the Crystal Carbon Bio-Tech System (CCBS) projects. Then we deepened our expertise in the Replanting Vegetables & Fruits project in Pahang, the Deliver and Supply Puyu & Tiger Kerapu Seeds and the Deliver & Supply Organic fertilizer.
Endona gained more mastery as we implemented the Replanting Palm Tree project. Then, we saw a lot of potential in contract management after working on the Building Management and Security Services projects. We took up the Supply Fertilizer & Pesticide project, a clever act that encouraged us to perfect the “big picture” of innovation.
This big picture inspired us to modernize our business approach, which integrates our experience, capabilities, by zooming on our scopes, which are Contract Management, Agriculture Processing and Intelligence Technology. Such integration empowers the scopes to work together to achieve greater output than the sum of their individual outputs.
